Son saw us having sex
1. Recently my son who is 10 years old saw me and my wife having sex at night. I thought I had bolted the door but suddenly my son who was watching TV in other room opened the door though it was dark inside. My wife is in state of shock feeling embarassed and saying he could become spoilt. What should we do?

Problem in conceiving
2. I am a 25-year-old woman, my husband is 27 years old and we have been married for 3 months. We are now looking forward to have a baby. I have a doubt regarding conceiving which I want to clear. I have heard that a little amount of semen gets discharged from the vagina after intercourse. The same thing happens in my case also. My fear is that when I examined the anatomy of my inner side I couldn't find an opening to my uterus from my vagina though I could feel a sort of 'opening' in a sort of closed condition and I fear that the semen doesn't reach my uterus. But I get my monthly periods every 28 days. Is this a normal condition? I have checked the web regarding the anatamy of the same but didn't find anything satisfactory please help. Hope this isn't a stupid question.

1. I am a 48-year-old married man and was having sex with my wife for the last 20 years using the withdrawl technique for birth control and never failed. I could last as long as I wanted even 10-15 minutes but recently I got myself operated for vasectomy. Since then I have totally lost control and I ejaculate within few seconds. What can be the reason? Is it side effect of Vasectomy or something else. Please advice.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: Vasectomy does not in any way reduce the duration of erection. You must consult an urologist for your newly acquired premature ejaculation.

Pregnancy issue
2. I am married woman for the last 4 years. Sexual life is very good. Two year back I got pregnant inadvertently and took tablets for abortion. After using the tablets my pregnancy got terminated twice. It happens during 30-40 days of pregnancy. Our medical reports don't show any problems. Please advice.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla: The account of your problem is inadequate. A description 'pregnancy got terminated twice during 30-40 days' makes no sense in medical terms. More over all your tests are normal but you have not mentioned what all you were getting tested for. For any doubt please see a gynecologist for a thorough discussion.
